Belleville Harbour

After running rescue in Suffolk this was a pleasant change to the area. After living here 10 years it has been a uniquely awesome experience. The maintenance staff is top notch and on the ball, while the office staff has always addressed any issues or concerns without hesitation. The whole staff had always been friendly and never shy to throw you a wave. I would highly recommend these apartments and have on numerous occasions. I plan to stay here for at least another year as this has been a perfect fit for me and my family.

Just moved in a few months ago and am very satisfied with my experience so far. The apartments are well maintained, clean and spacious. The staff are professional. The property manager is very friendly and helpful. She seems to always be on top of things with answering any questions or addressing issues in a timely manner . My kids and I are definitely feeling at home here .

Unfortunately, I never got a chance to follow through with a move-in due to relocating to Florida but my office experience was great. I was so thrilled with just the location and quality of the apartments itself the double doors for the patio does it for me ….is everything ! The price in this market is totally awesome! If I’m ever in this area again Bellevue Harbor would definitely be the first place I pursue.

Went to apply today after waiting 2 years for an opening. Brittany RAM was very unclear, just rambles on as if she enjoys hearing herself talk. I explained in full detail my credit and financial situation, and the if credit score would be a deciding factor, and an if so that I would not wait my money nor time. Again she rambles on repeating herself. I AGAIN made it clear my intent to not want to pay the $32 application fee if credit score was a factor. She said it wasnt, so I paid. Only to get a call several hours later with a denial due to credit score. This place apparently like to take people's money and mislead them. It's a low income base apartment community that is suppose to assist those with low income, but instead steals money from someone whome could have used that money. $32 co

I love it! It’s nice and quiet, apartments are well kept, maintenance is prompt when a work order is put in. The office staff are professional.
