Bellefontaine Manor Apartments

The only reason why I give this 2 stars, is because I really loved my neighbor. Management is shoddy at best. I moved into an apartment where a heavy smoker lived before me. The cleaning done before I was to move in, was horrendous!!! It took me two weeks to make it livable to move in. All they did was plug in three air fresheners and painted the entire place with a dark gray, Kitz. They even painted the CEILING! It was so dark and depressing. Maintenance took care of big issues, i.e. hot water heater needed replaced, a/c malfunction, but anything else and you're on your own. I had no floor trim inside my front door, which caused me to cut my feet on a couple of occasions. My kitchen drain leaked from the first day I lived there and I added it to several work orders. They didn't bother to

Wanted no stars but it wouldn't let me. I have called every day for two weeks and no answer. Not even an answering machine. No way to operate a senior apartment complex!

Poor Manager!!!! I personally don't live there, but I know someone who does. They are not very nice to there renters.

Fantastic apartments with all utilities paid! Great for seniors or disabled!

Parking is screwed up
