Belle Vista Condominiums

I purchased my Condo in Belle Vista 10 Years ago! I Love living in this Beautiful and Safe Gated Neighborhood! Right across the street there is everything from Starbucks, Harris Teeter and CVS to many Restaurants and shops, a 3 Minute walk to Ballantyne Village! The Grounds and Landscaping are even more Lush and Established Looking than ever! The HOA has the buildings Cleaned once a week and recently did a Million Dollar Renovation on all of the Building Interiors, It Looks Fantastic! And here in a Few Months work should begin on the Security Upgrades, Gates and Building Doors will all be accessed with Keyfobs! Again with all of that said did I mention the unparalleled Location!!!

A glut of questionable renters (and some owners) who show no respect for this once nice property. HOA has to get their act together for God's sake, Treasurer is the WORST! Sick and tired of cleaning up after all the short term renters (Air B&B - not allowed here but they find their way in and nothing is done). Drug dealers live here as well. Over eight years here only because of hospital visits (me emergency room, husband heart surgery). Otherwise keep doing everything we can to help. At wit's end. I only recommend buying here if you spend a lot of time away. I'm looking at those supposed "5 Star Non-reviews" -- What good are they if the people DON'T WRITE A REVIEW?? I've thoroughly enjoyed living here for 2 years so far. It's in a perfect location that is very quiet and safe, but also such an easy walk to the village shops and restaurants. The landscaping and pool are always in great condition.

Good: Convenient location Bad: Poor insulation. Noise from neighbors, especially foot step noise from above can be bad enough to affect your health.It really depends on who live beside and above your unit. For example, the people who lived above us walked quietly so that we didn't hear much noise. But the people who lives now walks and run that make big vibration and make us very difficult to go to sleep even we are using ear plugs.

Stunning condos located in a prime location! This gated community has many great features, including a large pool. Not to mention, the buildings require an access code to enter. Each building has beautifully decorated hallways, and elevators are available to make your way to the second floor through the fourth floor. This is a very beautiful condo community!
