BellaNova at JubiLee Park Apartments

This review is based on my experience after living in this community for almost four years. The community itself is beautiful and great located. Unfortunately, my interactions with the office staff were extremely disappointing. In our personal experience, Kendra, the manager, was very difficult to work with and handled concerns in an unprofessional manner. When we raised issues, we felt that we were treated unfairly afterward, which came across to me as retaliatory. After moving out, my security deposit was withheld and we were charged for damages that we did not cause. Reaching the office for clarification was frustrating, as emails were often ignored and communication was poor. My advice to anyone considering this community: document everything. From start to finish, process was seamless and easy. Staff is very communicative and Jeanine was great to work with. She followed up on the very few issues I had and got them fixed very quickly. The community is beautiful and amenities are great. So happy to call this home now!

I have 5 years living in this community and I’ve always had a great experience. Andrea has always been attentive to any request I need for my apartment and answers any questions or doubts I have. David the maintenance supervisor is amazing ! When I need service he is there right away. Johanna the housekeeper not only keeps the community looking amazing but she’s an awesome person always friendly to me. I recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment in this area.

I recently moved into Bellanova Apartments, and even though I’ve only been here a few days, I’m already very impressed. The community is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. From the start, Jeanine Ponder made the entire moving process smooth and welcoming. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference. I also want to thank Kendra for her help and support during the process. The apartment layout is modern and spacious, and I already feel at home. Looking forward to enjoying everything Bellanova has to offer. Highly recommended!

I'm on day 5 after moving in here. My feeling about the place is not positive. We had a large number of problems up to this point. Hopefully it gets better not going to add pictures of long list of issues. But maintenance have tried their best to resolve the issues this unit shouldn't have been rented out It's not ready.
