DO NOT LIVE HERE! MICE! FLEAS! RUDE!I would not recommend living here! My roommates and I have had a mice problem for several months and Bellamy does nothing to resolve the issue. We have caught at least 20 mice in the past six months. They provided us with sticky traps but do not come pick up the mice once they are caught. We have had to spend our own money on resources to get rid of the pests, even though we pay a hefty price per month. Recently there has also become a problem with fleas in our apartment, probably due to the mice and pets in the apartment building. However, Bellamy still does nothing to help resolve the problem. I had a great tour at Bellamy Apartments! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the community was clean and well kept. The apartments are really nice and spacious, and the location is convenient too. Overall, I was really impressed and would definitely recommend checking them out

I’ve been living here since 2021 and have had a great experience! The units are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the property is well-maintained. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Especially a place that comes fully furnished!

The office people and maintenance guys are very nice. Theoretically, you get a lot of stuff (wifi, furniture, washer and dryer in unit, units are large) for what you pay. However, once you account for the fact that rent is by-the-bed and add up the rent of everyone living in the unit, you will see that the total rent being charged per unit is more than most people’s mortgage payment. For example, my five-bedroom apartment costs me $485 per month (not including utilities), and if you multiply $485 by five people living in this unit, you’ll see that Bellamy is charging $2425 for a five-bedroom apartment.
