Bellagio Apartments

So I have been here 4 years. don't let the price be your reason to move in. i come to find there's a reason why they're that cheap. these are extremely old apartments. erase a lack of maintenance to do any kind of work you need. my apartment flooded 4 months ago I have not been reached out about it.Not one time now I have black mold growing inside of closet. i've reached out and got no response.Except for an offer of renewal. my kitchen countertops are rotting away.I can't even use my dishwasher because\nWood falls inside of it when I try to do dishes. there is a giant hole in my bathroom.When they came to fix it, they shoved the garbage bag over it and taped it and said that they'll be back.That was two months ago. by all means , stay away from this place. the people inside the office don

while living at Bellagio, a McKinley property in Orlando, Florida. My lease ends on July 6, 2025, and I will be moving out on or before that date. During my time here, I encountered multiple flooding incidents, including two major floods that caused serious health and safety concerns. The first major flood led to mold growing underneath the kitchen cabinets, and the second resulted in mold spreading inside my closet. Despite the severity of these problems, they were never properly addressed. One of the most unacceptable moments occurred after one of the major floods, when I was told I could not use my bathrooms overnight and would have to wait until the following morning. This place is a dump. I lived there for a few years and it just got worse. Management only care about the appearance of the office they remodel that every so often but the apartments are trash the appliances are very old. My rent went from $850 to almost $2,000 for a two bedroom all they do is keep raising the rent. They have a serious roach problem. All the people that have pets never clean up after them it's horrible. Google isn't letting me post pictures otherwise I would. Did I mention the apartments flood every week they have the worse plumbing problem.

Thanks to donañd and the tactical team for coming and replacing my dishwasher that has beben giving me much problems. He was very polite and professtional whiñe doimg his Job. Update: Called and talked to the management and they were useless, stating roach infestation and the outlets being faulty weren’t emergencies therefore you’re at the bottom of the list. Asked how long and said could be months. I said I would start to withhold the rent until it was fixed, I was threatened with eviction and being put in collections affecting my credit and any future housing. Don’t rent from any McKinley Apartments as they have many properties in the Orlando area. Moved here about a month ago, Tony has been very active and helpful as best as she can with what they, McKinley gives her to work with.
