I just moved into Bella Vista Apartments and the Front Desk Team (Jenna, Shawna & Brenda) have been absolutely incredible. From day one, they’ve taken such great care of me - always warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make my move smooth and helped me get connected with my internet provider right away. Their responsiveness is top-notch, and they even offered me an amazing move-in special that I truly appreciated. These ladies are just the best! Thank you for making my transition here so easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Hello, I am following up on my maintenance request. My air conditioning has not been working since February 13, and my refrigerator is leaking water. I have also had issues with the air conditioning since I moved in. I already submitted a request through the app, but the problems have not been fixed yet. Due to the current weather and heat, I have not been able to sleep well because the apartment is not cooling properly. I would really appreciate it if these issues could be resolved as soon as possible. Please let me know when the repairs will be completed.

My mom and I lived at Bella vista for two years and Jenna the manager there is amazing. She would always go above and beyond to accommodate us. The company is blessed to have her. She’s a great asset to the company. Very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to.

Super cheap place in quiet neighborhood, rent for the 1 bedrooms is only around $1400/month WITH all utilities included (there is an AC as well). This used to be a Holiday Inn, so the 1 bedroom apartments are 330sqft hotel rooms. They come with 2 queen beds but you can remove one upon coming here if you want. Some of the rooms have been remodeled with wood floors and a kitchen sink area, but others are not remodeled (carpet floor, no kitchen sink area). The 2 bedroom apartments have two floors, I believe they demolished the ceiling of former rooms to do this. Most rooms are fully furnished (bed, tables, TV, fridge, microwave, hot plate). Just moved in and the service team has been wonderfully quick to respond. As they are converting the hotel into apartments, it is understandable they would need to work out some kinds. So far I've been very happy with their responsiveness and am happy I moved here. Also, all my neighbors seem to be very friendly and polite. Everything works well and I can tell they will ensure a good transition.
