Bella Vista Pointe Apartments

I had a great experience with this apartment community. From the very beginning, the leasing team was professional (thanks Maria for all your help), responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions clearly and made everything smooth and stress-free.

Leasing Office Staff: The Assistant Manager, Maria O. is the most unprofessional, dramatic, and ill-mannered person I have ever encountered at a leasing office. No one checks her because the property is owned and managed by a very small company with no real structure or policies. She would never get away with her attitude with a legitimate company who reviews her communication and professionalism. The Property: Neglected. The girls in the office do not care one bit if the property is clean and/or well kept. Maria stated it is not her job to care if the property is clean. It is embarrassing to have people over. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They made me feel valued. Overall, it left a great first impression. If you’re considering moving here, I would absolutely recommend scheduling a tour — it’s clear the management team takes pride in the community!

Been living here for most of 3 years now. I've enjoyed staying here and the office staff has always been welcoming and quick to help with any problems that have arisen. The community is solid and neighborly and I hope to continue to live here.

The new manager seems really uppity and rude.., Went in and the office was full, poor girl in the front seemed overwhelmed while the manager was on her phone... I've been here a long time and honestly the property looks worse, buildings falling apart, A/C issues, homeless, I have no doubt its going to look abandoned soon like next door. They offer money for resident referrals but I've been waiting for months on mine. I won't be renewing my lease nor referring anyone to here.
