I had a great experience living here for the last 3 years. Within walking distance of CSU Chico campus and Safeway, very fast fiber internet and the property manager Prince was very helpful and responsive with any issues that came up. Great soundproofing in the unit, I could barely hear the train coming by with my window closed. Parking lot is small, but I never had any issues getting a spot.
Had a great time with my lease here. Manager was always prompt with answers to questions or showing up to handle a concern or repair, the price was especially reasonable for the area, and the apartments themselves are spacious.
