This apartment complex is horrible. When we moved in we couldn’t get in contact with the front office after calling multiple times. When we finally hear back at 4PM! Then code they gave us didn’t work. One of the showers was completely unusable, one of the toilets didn’t flush properly (still doesn’t after someone came to “fix it”) and the patio light doesn’t work and no one came to replace it after we put a work order in. Not to mention BUGS. Roaches, spider, anything you can think of they got it. Also, I got doubled charged for water in the month of August and when asked I get 0 response. My last month the water bill was $220, with no explanation when my water bill was $60 in pervious months. I would like to leave a 5-star review for BRIANA; she is the sweetest sweetheart ever. I’ve been living here for 3 years, and she’s been the absolute best. She always goes above and beyond for me, unlike the community manager, Reina. She’s rude and thinks she’s too good to help out. Since I’ve been renting here, I’ve been requesting my rent balance early so I can pay it, and when I ask her, she tells me she can’t tell me. It’s ridiculous because the past manager, Crystal, would always have my rent amount ready. I’m thankful Briana is here because she never has a problem giving me my rent balance. Stopped by Bella Vista Apartments and had a great experience meeting Reina. She was super friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we walked in. Reina was also very helpful, took the time to answer questions, and made the visit smooth and easy. I had a wonderful tour with Brianna she was super helpful, answered all our questions, and even let us view the exact apartment we were interested in before we started the application process. At first, I was hesitant because of some of the previous reviews, but honestly, our experience was nothing like those everything exceeded our expectations. The apartments are beautiful, well-maintained, and the entire team was welcoming. Even the maintenance staff greeted us respectfully as we toured! The specials they’re offering right now are AMAZING that was a huge bonus for my roommates and me. I’ve already submitted my application and I’m so excited to move in. Highly recommend living here!

I moved in a couple of months ago and absolutely love this community! The amenities are beautiful, the property is always well maintained, and the staff is amazing. Reina was so helpful throughout my move-in process and made everything go smoothly. She’s friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. You can tell the team here takes pride in making this a great place to live — I’m so happy to call this home!
