Bella Villas Apartments

⭐ 1 Star I’ve lived at Bella Villas in Scottsdale for two years, and in that time the management has changed three times. Every new team seems to come in just to make a quick buck, then quickly realize this place is a total money pit and disappear — leaving residents to deal with the mess. The apartment itself is in terrible condition. We’ve had extensive flooding, and the ceiling leaked for weeks on three separate occasions. Our neighbors had black mold, and another neighbor’s roof literally caved in, dumping debris all over their bed. I’ve attached photos of the flooding and roof damage in my unit — it’s beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, management has done nothing to accommodate us for the damage, yet they continue to try to raise our rent. This place is a POS, and I cannot re

The location and unit are great, but the recent flooding in our apartment and the ceiling leaks a few years ago have been frustrating. The management has also been slow to resolve the large hole in our front door, which has been particularly problematic during the rainy season. These issues have made it difficult for me to give a higher rating.

I've been here 2 years and so very happy. My Manager is a wonderful woman who has been here forever. She is cares about everyone. She is a small little lady with a huge heart! But, there is no getting away with nonsense, she reads people really good. 💖🌹 We have a great maintenance man who keeps things running. You name it & he can do it! He is a very busy man around here & it shows. We have a very clean complex. My apartment feels like a house, I'm never going to leave! If you're looking for a friendly complex Bella Villas Apartments is for you.💖🌹

..Still live here. Maintenance.. eh. Cleaner than most places. Pool remodeled but takes whole summer. Than close it for winter before winter? Friendly neighbors. No warning if water is shut off for maintenance. Thin walls. I could hear my neighbor singing to rap but it's okay. Now I know my neighbor can hear me.

The apartment complex is an older complex but a GREAT MANAGER who really cares about the tennants. They also have a 24hr maintenance there onsite who will fix any issue that may pop up at your soonest convenience, and will come by when YOUR schedule will allow. Also, the grounds are constantly manicured and kept clean. You'll have a piece of mind that the grounds are also kept free from trespassers and solicitors. I really like Bella Villas. It's a quaint small complex in close proximity to whatever your in the mood for and just a stroll away from Old Town Scottsdale too. It's a great place whether your a young single student taking courses at the ASU skysong campus or a family who's on a budget saving to someday purchase a home. You'll love coming home to the small know your neighborhood
