Bella Villagio Apartments

This is a photo of the day I moved in and the day I moved out. The management kept my entire security deposit and added extra charges. The bathroom had mold, yet they charged me for “painting over” it instead of properly fixing the issue. Don’t make the mistake of moving here — they will find reasons to keep your deposit. There’s no additional parking, and they add made-up charges like a “final administrative fee” — even though everything is handled online — and they charged it twice. Horrible business practices and poor management.

DO NOT MOVE AT BELLA VILLAGIO Don’t come to live here at Bella Villagio, I don’t recommend. I regret moving here, I have been very stressed living here. Parking is always an issue, people park without a permit and nobody check that, also people tailgate you at night time it is super dangerous. The cars parked outside have issues with windows being broken and stolen items. I highly don’t recommend moving here. I tried contacting the manager for the leasing office and they don’t fix any of the problems, they don’t care about the residents.

***DO NOT MOVE HERE*** I regret moving into this apartment complex. Despite my initial experience being poor, things only worsened. Here's a summary of the issues I encountered: Terrible Communication: During my self-guided tour, I spent an hour trying to get someone to answer the phone so I could enter the building. Additionally, I requested multiple times for an update on a move-out pre-inspection designed to help me make any necessary repairs. I finally had to write to the manager. On the afternoon of the last day of our lease, I received a response stating that maintenance expects professional cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, painting, and additional costs for labor and supplies . Experiences here have been up and down. I do appreciate maintenance and their quick hard work. But management have been lacking. There has been construction that has been on stand still for a year. I should not have to look out the window for a whole year and see garbage container and dead grass. It ruins the experience and they have no plans of finishing it seems. They won’t even lower rent due to the inconvenience.

This apartment is NOT SAFE at all! I received deliveries last night while I was at work. I arrived an hour after the package was delivered, only to find that someone had stolen my white package and cut open the bottom of it with a knife. Although I spoke to the Bella Villagio office, all they told me was to get a refund, request a signature for future packages, and use the locker system. However, this situation shouldn’t happen at Bella Villagio with a gate community. This is the second time something like this has happened. It’s just an Amazon package, and there shouldn’t be a need to sign for every single delivery. It’s becoming clear that the environment here is unsafe. I’m also disappointed that they don’t take responsibility for this. I deeply regret moving here.
