Very pleasant great neighbors and management very professional. If I have maintenance issues there very prompt and efficient getting it resolved. I've been living here for over 8 years. I love the area which is very convenient when commuting to work and other locations. Thank you again.

I have lived at Bella Vida for 8 months now, and I absolutely love it! The apartment is very spacious, I love my view, and the amenities. I'm also very close to the stores, restaurants and transportation. I appreciate Brandi (Mgr) tremendously! This will be my home for a long time ❤️

24 hrs pool.24 hr fitness 1-2 bedroom apts.. small complex.. gated community rent about $1360 two bedrooms 1600+ but well worth it.. I love my apt.. quiet and cozy laundry room with machines in every apt

Brandi Cadavona is very rude and seems to have ulterior motives. Definitely do not recommend to rent from here.

The location is good. Apartments are good-sized for an apartment. The bath tub in the master of the 2 b-room floorplan option is larger than I've ever had in an apartment. Bella Vida is also not a huge complex, and I like that! Any maintenance request is promptly attended to while being both well executed and efficient; and the Property Manager is absolutely outstanding in every way possible!
