I had a great experience with the leasing process at Bella Medera Apartments. From start to finish, everything was smooth, organized, and stress-free. Daymond was absolutely amazing to work with. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He made sure I understood every step of the process and truly made me feel comfortable and confident about signing my lease. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and positive energy. If you’re looking for an apartment and want a leasing agent who genuinely cares, I highly recommend asking for Daymond!

I can’t say much about the actual apartments quite yet, considering I haven’t moved in. This review is really to praise to Daymond Johnson. From the minute I met him and he showed me around the complex it felt good. He seems like such a genuine guy, and has really been super thorough about helping me with my situation. Has gone above and beyond trying to accommodate the move-in and has been great about answering anything and everything I ask. He’s definitely on top of it and it shows he cares.

I’ve lived here for a while now, and Monika and her team have been amazing from start to finish. They’re always friendly, professional, and on top of everything. Whether it was a maintenance request, a question about my lease, or just day-to-day interactions, they consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find a management team that genuinely cares about their residents, but Monika’s team absolutely does. I’m grateful for how smooth and stress-free my entire residency has been thanks to them!

I toured this property and did not have a good experience. The unit we were shown was dirty the faucet was running and the cabinets were left open. The property had a lot of dog waste, and many residents had items cluttering their balconies, even though I was told that was not allowed. The front office was not welcoming. The leasing agent was friendly, but she provided very little information during the tour and I had to ask most of the questions myself. We also had to walk a long distance during the tour with little guidance. Because of the lack of cleanliness, poor enforcement of rules, and unprofessional tour experience, I do not recommend this property and will not be leasing here.

An Honest Review: I lived here for almost 2 years, it's not a horrible place to live, but it's also not a great place to live. Be very wary of roaches, they were impossible to escape, literally I still see them in my peripheral vision sometimes and in my nightmares. There were roaches living in the OVEN CLOCK and management didn't seem to care at all until I cited some Texas property codes. If you live here be prepared to fight for maintenance and pest control and good luck communicating with the front office (don't expect competence). It seems like they're going through some kind of organizational change and no one new has been trained with the ability to give reliable information. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! And don't expect any help from them if you want to renew your lease or move to a
