Carolina is the best! She always helps me with anything I need especially technical stuff. She took the time to walk me through the application and found me the perfect apartment. Love my apartment with real tile and big master bedroom. Closet is great. Maintenance Pierre is very nice and fast.

I’ve lived here for five years, and WOW—this place has completely transformed since Carolina became the new manager! Pest control is so much better, and we finally have our gym and pool back, which I absolutely love. Every time I stop by the office, she’s always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. I had an issue in my apartment that had been ignored for ages, and Carolina handled it immediately—such a relief! I’m incredibly happy with the huge improvements around here. It finally feels like home again! 🙌✨

This place is horrible! The police are upstairs AGAIN with the neighbor and it's not even the weekend. Another neighbor bumps his music so loud you can hear it over your tv. They work on cars out here ALL the time & the parking lot is so greasy you have to take shoes off at the door. It's infested with roaches, mice & rats! Nothing being seriously done to rectify these issues. And we haven't even been here but six months.

THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH RATS!!! Every apartment has rats and the complex doesn't care to fix it. This apartment complex Bella Largo is very unprofessional. My sister has been here no more than 3 months at 4405 s. Texas Ave and the rats seem to live here too. She has made over a dozen complaints for some Man named Pierre to come once, bring a whole bunch of old parts and don't fix anything. My 9 yr old niece was the first to encounter a rat, we had to take her to get a shot. They run around during the day, in the kitchen and dining room area. Her water is constantly running and they still haven't come to fix that either. I report all these things to the lady in the office Ms Kathy but she isn't doing her job either. My next step is to contact code enforcement and let them know the condi

The new manager is doing an awesome job she is fixing and making sure all issues are being addressed most of the work is not a one day fix an some residents create a bigger issue when they don't contribute they throw garage on the grounds and keep walking an just throw furniture out on the street it is unsightly but manager and maintenance crew always cleans imagine if we all come together to just throw out our stuff in the right manner maintenance can be more free to do more in the apartment it's a good staff with really good intentions to make sure you live well but also we must do our part it's were we live take pride it's a beautiful place and this new .manager is doing all she can and continues to better the property and always keeps her residents update on all she is doing
