I recently moved into the apartment, and everything is going smoothly so far. I want to give a special shoutout to JAMES BRAXTON! He's honestly the best lease agent I've ever met. He was very attentive, patient, friendly, and also very helpful in guiding me through all the necessary documents. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Chadwick Johnson is the best. He took me on a tour and answered all my questions. He is very kind and respectful. I have my keys today and I will be moving in. Thank you so much!

I moved here in June had a situation with the apartment I moved into and had to get moved into another unit. Bella 18 was the first apartment complex that I toured when I decided to relocate to Smyrna. Chadwick conducted my personal tour and was super fryand professional. He has held my hand and guided me through the entire leasing process and he has gone above and beyond to assist me. I would rate his performance as phenomenal!!
