Bell Uptown Charlotte

I’ve lived here for almost three years and it’s the best apartment I’ve lived in! It has amazing views, I don’t get too much outside noise in my apartment, the amenities are fantastic and the staff is truly the best! I moved in right around when it changed from Element to Bell Uptown and the management has been amazing! Most work orders are completed same day, and next day if not. The maintenance staff is always so kind too and will explain what happened. The amenities are rarely out of use, and if they are there’s prompt communication as to exactly what’s out, why, and the ETA when it will be back up and running which I appreciate! Absolute prime location. Awesome building and residents; mgmt staff is equally amazing. Katherine made the move in process super simple for me. Kenneth (maintenance) is a rockstar: when my heating system broke down on a Sunday, (40 degree weather), against all odds, he managed to secure the part needed to fix it. He also changed a light bulb, recaulked my shower door, and adjusted my hot water temperature. (All within 1-2 hours. I absolutely adore Faith (concierge) too.

I want to thank Albert on the Bell Uptown maintenance team for his responsiveness and help in replacing my hardwood flooring. I've lived at Bell Uptown for 6+ years and they recently upgraded my cabinets and backsplash, however, they couldn't replace my hardwood floors. During a routine maintenance visit, Albert noticed my hardwood floors and immediately suggested they be replaced as they could be unsafe as some of the pieces on the floor move. Albert asked about my availability and I said as soon as your team can, and I was immediately scheduled for hardwood floor replacement over the next two days. I have been here for about 7 months now and I love my apartment and the updates they have done to the property overall.! The staff is extremely friendly and learn you very quickly. My faves include Von, Dee and Gabi, Raven and Lexi (But everyone is amazing). Today I got to decorate a gingerbread house for the first time provided by them and thought Id give it a photoshoot with my view and sunset. Haha.!!

I had an maintence issue during an incoming snow storm . I called maintence and Kenny came right away. He was friendly, took his time to figure out the issue and fixed it right away. He even noticed my smart lock batteries were low and replaced them as well.
