Bell Trelago

We absolutely love living at Bell Trelago! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The amenities are amazing, and everything always feels clean and taken care of. Joseph Saladin is truly the best! He’s always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever we need anything. He goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and valued. Highly recommend this community!

We've lived at Trelago for six months to the day and LOVE it! The management and maintenance staff is amazing. I'd like to give special shout outs to Alexci, Richie, and Carlos for all their help. I've noticed the staff is making great efforts to improve our community like upgrading the landscaping and pressure washing buildings. My favorite thing about this property is the hot tub overlooking the lake. Where else can you get that?? My husband and I have the honor of hosting two events a month for our neighbors and everyone here is extremely friendly! We've made great friendships and are always looking for ways to make Trelago feel like home for all. It really is a community here, not just an apartment complex.

Sean Garcia did an excellent job with the maintenance work. He was professional, punctual, and very detail-oriented. Everything was completed efficiently and with great care. I truly appreciated his clear communication and the way he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend Sean for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality maintenance services.

Absolutely love that I get to call Trelago home! My husband and I moved in November 2021. Our hearts were set on getting into a Bergamot and Michelle, our leasing agent at time, spared no efforts in finding us the perfect apartment. By the end of the tour, we were convinced Trelago was home. Love the amenities and its maintenances. Over the years, the leasing team evolved for the better but the maintenance team has always been consistent in providing amazing service. Rodney and his team are dedicated and always willing to help in a timely manner. They always go above and beyond for the residents and the community. Pros: Safety, Location, Accessibility, Maintenance, Parking (never had an issue), Amenities (love & enjoy all).

Absolutely stunning location. With easy access to I-4 and the Winterpark restaurants, makes this place a premier location. I’ve spoken to a few residents as I checked out the area and everyone seemed very nice. When speaking with the staff, Richard and Jose, they seemed very eager to answer any of my questions and were very patient with me. I arrived during a time where I did not realize it was there lunch break and the Property manager was willing, without appointment, show me the property. I ended up signing a lease and have been there for roughly 6 months without any complaints! In fact, I had put a maintenance request and Rodney showed up in a timely manner and resolved my issues. 10/10 if I could rate it that way.
