Bell Terminus

Moving here has been the smoothest experience I’ve ever had. I worked with Brittany during the entire process, and she was incredibly helpful with every question and concern I had. I also want to highlight Deryck, he does his job with so much attention and care, and you can tell he genuinely wants residents to have a great living experience. Johan has also been excellent, and together they make Bell feel like home. I had some maintenance requests that were handled quickly and with attention. The team is always there when residents need support. I’m really grateful for how attentive and thoughtful everyone has been.

Making a decision to move to Bell Terminus came with mixed feelings. At first, reading through some of the reviews, one would imagine all the negative things. However, not just the location which is at the center of the city, everyone here goes above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. Shout out to Brittney! She must be the best leasing consultant in the whole world. While the moving experience was not very smooth at first due to miscommunication, she went out of her way to make sure that I felt at home, she worked with her manager to get me probably the best unit in the complex. In addition, I got such an awesome welcome home package which is the biggest surprise of the whole experience. I could go on and on, but sincerely grateful to the entire team here at Bell Terminus. Our leasing agent, Brittany Gilliard, has provided excellent service from day one… making the transition and move in experience as smooth as it could be. Security, Ralph Wilson, has also been very helpful and attentive when needed. Thrilled to be a new resident here at Bell Terminus!!

This is the best maintenance team I have ever had at an apartment. They are always responsive, kind and do a wonderful job. In particular Mr. Ralph Wilson not only does a wonderful job, but has a knack for putting smiles of faces.
