Luis and the maintenance team is seriously the best. I’ve lived here for years and Luis NEVER misses a beat. He is so compassionate and caring of the people who live here and cares about the work he puts in. He goes above and beyond each time. And the turn around time for a ticket? Same day fix! Him and his team are ON TOP OF IT. I am so happy to be a resident here. Thank you Luis and the maintenance for all your hard work!!! Seriously deserve a big raise/bonus!!!

My experience at this apartment community has been excellent from start to finish. The property is very well maintained, the apartments are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. I would especially like to highlight the entire staff, from the leasing office to the maintenance team. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Any request or maintenance issue is handled quickly and efficiently, which truly makes a difference. Management clearly shows a strong commitment to the residents by keeping the community clean, safe, and well organized. Came by to visit this property today and it is STUNNING! I met a few of the people working here and want to give them a shout out. A BIG thanks to Leticia and Kat for being so sweet and kind. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Luis, the Maintenance Manager. He is so friendly and is the key reason this place looks so amazing. Keep up the great work everyone!!

The maintenance staff is by far the best I've ever experienced in the 25+ years I've been renting. Luis and his crew genuinely care about the property and it shows. If you want a safe, friendly, well maintained place to live look no further. This is it!

I have lived here for 3 years and the staff has been amazing! Luis the maintenance manager is so great he is so attentive and always does such a great job and always fixes what needs to be fixed very quickly!!
