This review is long overdue but better late than never. I’ve been a resident in this property for almost a decade or a little over a decade…I’ve lived in multiple units through the years. I’ve lived through various property management companies as well…however I wanted this review to reflect two employers who truly have gone above and beyond to assist me and my son through many trials and tribulations. I’d first like to mention, the property manager, Meaghan. Rest assured that she’s going to handle business while showing compassion and support through discrepancies that occur frequently through their third party billing. She’s thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure anything that needs corrected…does get corrected all while maintaining a direct and professional approach with a dash

I have lived at this property since 2017—nearly 10 years now—and I can honestly say it truly feels like home. I absolutely love this community and the incredible apartment staff who make it such a wonderful place to live. Junior has always been an amazing help. He is consistently professional, reliable, and reassuring. Whenever there’s an issue, he makes sure it’s addressed to the very best of his ability. He’s not only great at what he does, but he’s also a genuine joy to be around. Meghan, the property manager, is exceptional at her job. She is kind, compassionate, and truly cares about both the community and the residents. She has helped me in so many ways over the years, and I sincerely appreciate her dedication and leadership. This is a great place to live. The office and maintenance staff is awesome. They are helpful and kind. The office staff and Jr. and John from the maintenance team go above and beyond to help and clarify or fix things for you. My place had a couple of things that needed looked at when I moved in and they were attentive and had a great attitude while working to make it right. I am grateful for them and their hospitality.

During a wreck directly in front of the building, the conduct of a maintenance team member was completely unacceptable. The individual, who drives a white Chevrolet Z71 truck, acted in a disorderly and unprofessional manner during what was already a high-stress and dangerous situation. Instead of helping de-escalate or showing basic awareness and responsibility for the property, his behavior added to the chaos amongst changing of insurance. This type of conduct reflects poorly on the entire maintenance team and should not be tolerated. Immediate attention and corrective action should be taken. I live a few minutes down the road and he has acted as a deterrent of any future leasing with this property.

My time at the apartment was okay. It wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible. However I will say, the move out process was not pleasurable to say the least. Upon receiving my bill, I noticed date inconsistencies. My move out date was wrong as well as the date I gave my notice to move out. The charges didn’t add up either as I was billed a day past my lease expiration date… Mind you, I moved out AND handed over keys nearly a week before my lease expired as I was told I could surrender keys early and give back possession of the unit to the property. My bill came out to roughly $101, which I didn’t mind paying if the charges were accurate of course. I emailed about the errors I found and waited a week for a response. After a week with no response, I sent a follow up email to prompt a response to
