Bell Southstone Yards

I want to be objective and transparent for people who may be waiting for that one review to make up their mind. TLDR: Find somewhere else worth your money. It’s not the worst place on the planet, but it is nowhere NEARLY worth the rent charged. - The entry key system is genuinely so awful. Some of the entry points will randomly stop working on me, the doors won’t open when my key is valid, and randomly it works on another night, then breaks consecutively. - ButterflyMX call system is broken, doesn’t connect to the door, leaving delivery people calling at 4-8 AM at times or else my package gets returned. - Management changed since I moved in when the place had like 10 residents. I love this place and I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff is very attentive. When I’ve had any issues or needed to take care of something in my apartment, such as submitting a work order or getting something fixed, Juan T. from the maintenance team has helped me right away. He is always very professional, kind, attentive, and does an excellent job.

Moved in at the beginning of the year and nothing but good things to say. Staff and maintenance are attentive and the building is beautiful. Some construction going on next door but it hasn’t been an issue and you can tell the area is going to be even more beautiful when it’s finished

Moving here from out of state, the experience with Bell Southstone Yards has been great. Meti, the leasing agent, is fantastic and honestly one of the main reasons I chose this apartment over another community that I was seriously considering. The communication and follow through from Meti and the whole leasing team was superb -- responsive, clear, and really accommodating throughout the entire process. As for the unit themselves, they're very nice. I really like the layout and the balcony. The appliances are all Whirlpool (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer) which I really appreciate. Maybe I'm getting older but I genuinely love the model of washer and dryer I have in my unit!

I moved in on the 28 of feb, everything is amazing. I also had the opportunity to meet some of the staff gia, Mati and Juan, they are very friendly and super helpful! 10/10
