Bell Perimeter Center Apartments

Since living at Bell Perimeter, I’ve had a truly great experience. The maintenance team is always helpful and attentive, and any request I’ve had was handled quickly. The front desk staff Nicole and Michelle—have been nothing but kind, welcoming, and committed to making sure all my needs were met. Their smiles when I walk in always make me feel at home. I feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely taken care of here. Bell Perimeter has been a wonderful place to live.

Do not move here!! I warn you!! Me and my roommates lived here close to 3 years and we should’ve move out sooner. At first everything was fine, then the problems started arising… The AC unit broke during the middle of the summer making our apartment unbearable and when we told the leasing office they acted like they did not care! Constant fire alarms going off in the middle of the night, our cars and mailboxes being broken into and no one on property cared. The nail in the coffin for me was when I had a termite infestation above my shower.. MY SHOWER and I lived on the top floor! I brought the concern to many property managers and associates, created many maintenance tickets and they were never addressed it, or they lied to me saying someone came to look at it but no one ever came to addre

I recently toured Bell Perimeter Center Apartments and absolutely loved everything about it! The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The team was so kind, professional, and incredibly informative throughout the visit. I especially enjoyed viewing the spacious two-bedroom floor plan great layout and modern finishes that were great. The amenities are top-notch, love the pool to the fitness center and nice common areas. I have to add I appreciated Nicole, who made sure to connect and make me feel welcome. She took time to introduce herself, answer questions, and even shared insights about the local area. Her warmth and professionalism truly made the experience memorable. I left feeling very impressed with the property and the staff!

(Scroll to bottom for TLDR) I've been trying to get a cigarette smell now from the previous tenant out of my bedroom apartment since I moved in August 2025. Every time I’ve spoken in-person to Nicole about it, she has had an unprofessional/unfriendly tone and insinuated the idea during our conversation that I was making the issue up. She still does this. Living here has been a horrible experience so far. I was accidentally signed into an ADA (handicapped) unit at first by Khadijah which should’ve been disclosed to me and my 2 roommates prior to signing. Since moving into another more expensive apartment here, I have experienced car break-ins, marijuana smells

This apartment has been going downhill since I moved in. The elevator has been down for over a month now, the leasing office acts very nonchalant especially the manager Nicole. If you want her to care or do her job, lower your expectations. Maintenance takes forever to come now and packages are easy to steal because they are placed in the parking deck on the ground right next to the package lockers. Fire alarms go off constantly at all hours. I extremely do not recommend.
