Bell Ken-Caryl Apartments

LOVING OUR LIFE IN BELL KEN-CARYL APARTMENTS! We are from Breckenridge, CO, after 17 years living the great mountain life, was time for our family to start a new adventure in the city. We looked everywhere on this side of the FRONT RANGE, I think the south west area of Denver offers the best of the best. Schools, location, trails, easy access to main highways and amazing views. Red Rocks is super close too. We toured maybe 20 different apartments complexes , new, old, fancy, big and small, and finally found Bell Ken-Caryl Apartments. From the moment we arrived until today has being fantastic. The staff if kind and professional, Sarah the manager is AMAZING, also Jessie the assistant manager and the maintenance team are always on top of things. Great community, safe, chill , super clean

I am absolutely happy with the maintenance man Quentin! Very kind and professional, and a fellow bears fan! I do have to say how quick, and friendly he was. Definitely appreciate this! I have to start by saying how friendly this community is ❤️ maintenance is incredible ( thank you again Quentin!) they are quick, and I really appreciate that! I am SHOCKED, on how clean and spacious the trash area is. It may not mean much, but the last place I was at, the trash area looked like the city dumps. The grounds are so clean! No litter anywhere. The front of house team, very kind, and very professional. The apartment itself is BIGGER, than the 2bd 2bath (

Such a beautiful property with kind & approachable management. Quick access to the mountains, nearby trails, stores & food. Any time I have issues (which is rarely) they are so quick to help out. I can’t remember his name, but the really tall maintenance guy fixed my dishwasher in less than 15 minutes!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking in this area!!

Beautiful community! I went on a tour recently and was really impressed with the space, amenities, and overall atmosphere. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely worth checking out!

Gorgeous area of town, the complex itself is okay. Owned by a private company in Carolina I think, maintenance is a joke. Pool is constantly under health concerns and maintenance. Location and a 2-car garage is the main attraction for me, lack of care upsets me
