Omg...we could not be happier with Damir and his inspection of our home! We had an 11 month inspection as our home has had many issues and we just didn't trust letting the year mark hit without a set of professional eyes on it (outside of the builder). Damir was able to see and explain issues we knew existed and found some others for us as well to have checked! Not to mention, he put our minds at ease that our house (after a lot of warranty items have been fixed) is in pretty good shape overall! We can't rate you higher than 5 stars, but you are a 10 in our books!

We recently purchased a house and used Bell Home Inspections before we closed on the property. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and found a few areas of opportunity during his inspection. These items would have been easily overlooked by us. His attention to detail made us feel extremely comfortable at closing time.
