Okay, I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. We originally lived here a few years ago, and the first time was okay. We moved out and then ended up moving back in less than a year later, and this time it has been a completely different experience — and not in a good way. Cleanliness around the property is almost nonexistent, things are constantly broken, and when they do get fixed it’s usually halfway done or takes forever. On top of that, they charge you for literally everything. There are so many rules that it doesn’t even feel like you’re in control of the space you’re paying for, and the random inspections are excessive. I have had the worst experience here and I have been here since September. First my ice machine was broken when I moved in, the handle to shut off Ice machine is broken. I have been having roaches allowed neighbors arguing all the time upstairs. I can hear them. I’ve made several complaints and top it off. They have absurd charges each month added on to my bill in March. I’m paying for something from October and November of last year. My rent is 1155 in each month. I’m paying almost $1600. I’m trying to wait till my lease is up, but it is so hard living here. I just wanna cry every day. So after I filed a complaint about my issues they retaliated against me and got an eviction hours after so now I have to go back and file a lawsuit because of retaliation

Don’t be fooled by the lower rent prices here; you’ll end up paying for it in stress and hidden costs. The one star is generous. I’ve lived here for a while, and the property has gone completely downhill. The grounds are constantly covered in pet waste, and the hallways almost always smell like weed. But the real issues are with maintenance and management policies. I spent four months putting in 4-5 different requests for my hot water. Instead of actually fixing the problem, they just kept "resetting the thermometer" and I was consistently taking cold showers due to the water going out. I finally got hit with a $285 water and sewer bill months later. Turns out, the toilet flapper was broken and leaking.
