Bell Downs Apartments

This is probably the best place I’ve ever lived! Not only are the prices reasonable, but Ravin and Marvin are such great people! Anytime we have issues, they are resolved within the day. Our townhouse was clean and in great shape when we moved in back in May ‘24. The only one concern you may have when moving here is the area, and is not the fault of Bell Downs which is why I’m not removing a star (especially since they let us know about it when we moved in). There is never any real danger, but there is a Family Dollar behind the complex, so many people walk through the area to get there, & they have a tendency to take packages & pull on door handles. I have lived there for 2 and a half years and felt sad when i moved out. The management team and maintained team are very good in the way they handle there tenets never have I had an issue with them ❤️ The area and the houses there are very clean and up to standards and they always remodel the houses . It was a lose we had to move to a bigger house but surely i would recommend it to anyone and the rent is fair for anyone.
