Bell Collier Village

I would like to start off by stating Bell Collier company within its entirety is very disgusting and very unemphatic. We had a fire that occurred on July 27, 2024. Basically we were punish for what a neighbor or his friend did and ever since this took place Bell Collier has been very unkind to the residents. The company had the remaining residents waiting and thinking that we were going to get our belongings back after the fire. Haven’t received anything since July they sent a statement via mail on last week stating that they are not able to salvageable anything in my apartment. Which is a lie my belongings were still inside a brown move box due to I had just move into the complex. So I know for-sure nothing was damage. Priscilla is so great. Every time she host great events for all the residents. I’ve lived here for six years and never had any problems. The amenities are wonderful, and the staff are so kind.

To start - I have absolutely LOVED living at Bell Collier. I couldn’t imagine myself living anywhere else in Atlanta. The location, the amenities, the staff… I could go on & on. A few highlights: Michelle, Asst. Property Manager - This woman is phenomenal. The property has seen a lot of staffing changes, but Michelle has remained and continued to manage this building flawlessly. She is the reason I will continue to live here. Alicia, Maintenance Manager. - Alicia directs the maintenance staff perfectly! I put in a LOT of requests, and she has always made sure all of them were handled with urgency and care. I’ll start with the positives. I love the convenience of the location & the overall safety. The new Apartment Life team is AMAZING! They are always planning cool virtual events for us to keep us engaged during the pandemic. My apartment itself is really nice & I love the amenities. However, since the staff has seen so many changes over the last 2 years, the overall experience and building has declined. Our elevators are horrible & break down way too often. Our floors and parking garage aren’t kept as clean as they should be. If the parking garage door is broken and you’re forced to park in the retail lot, you’ll get booted as if it was your fault. The management at Bell Collier Village is completely incompetent and inconsiderate. Multiple emails to the property manager were ignored as well as calls to the corporate office. My maintenance request were often marked as complete and were never fixed. I fought with management for the entirety of my lease (13 months) to fix my balcony door that had water damage. The floors are not well insulated at all and noise is definitely an issue here. My downstairs neighbor was often in disputes with their significant other and I was often woken up in the middle of the night because of this, which management refused to intervene. The fire alarm going off multiple times a week is another big issue here. I was often woken up by this or had to take calls elsewhere during the day. Management often sent
