Bell Capitol Hill Apartments

I toured Bell Capitol Hill today and must say... Shanice was incredible! After three terrible tours prior to stopping in, I was honestly over it. But Shanice took her time, walked me through my options, and suggested a unit that actually fit my needs. After having such a bad experience touring other units, it was refreshing to meet someone who is genuinely committed to helping people find the right place. Bell Capitol Hill is definitely one of the places I’m considering, and that’s largely thanks to Shanice. Thank you!

I've lived here for a month and a half now, and so far it's been an awesome experience. The building is well maintained, and when I've had a maintenance issue, they've addressed it really quickly--my last building took days to get back to me about fixes. The moving-in process was really smooth--you get a whole packet, they arrange a time at the loading dock for you, and everything is super organized. I haven't gotten to know my neighbors super well, but everyone is pretty friendly and it's a great neighborhood. Recommend!

Living here was always nice, the staff are usually very friendly and understanding. The other people are great. The buildings offers are also something to take advantage of (like the rooftop and gym)! Ive been living here for the last 8 ish years, but recently after 2020 everything has gone downhill like the quality of the spaces being that there is no real effort put into what tenants can and cannot access certain spaces, lack of cameras etc. For example, a tenant is consistently LETTING their dog urinate in the elevator DAILY and NOTHING has been nor will be done about it. I despise the fact that they allow such disgusting people to ruin a great living space that Bell Capitol was. The maintenance are also very appreciated and hard working. This complex and their tenants give Zero care about the Law Abiding Citizens that pay for their private parking spaces. There tenants bully and harass the neighbors that have private parking spaces! Blocking our private and guest parking spaces with their cars refusing to park on the streets or the designated garage. Our building has need for immediate access to the ability to move their vehicle which is impossible when blocked by Bell Capital residents and guests!

My girlfriend and I love this community! In the leasing office, both Shanice and Sam are helpful and professional. Sam is always available and willing to assist us with everything, such as the parcels my girlfriend recently ordered. In addition, the location is excellent, with a metro station one block away and new restaurants opening all the time, making this a fantastic place to live.
