Bell Buckhead West Apartments

I moved to BBW on Aug 1, and I wanted to give it a few months before I left a review. First off, I left a Bell community in John’s Creek and moved to Buckhead. Buckhead was never ideal for me, but when I drove to this location, it wasn’t the typical overly crowded Buckhead. This location is phenomenal, the grounds staff is impeccable (the common areas are always clean, the gym, the grounds area etc). I’ve honestly never witnessed a more hardworking crew 👏 My move in process was fairly easy (no issues upon move in date) and the New Manager Adric/Assistant Manager Alakia, have great customer service skills. I recently moved out of Bell Buckhead West and new management is very underwhelming. Before I moved out I was given a rate to extend my stay, but after I chose the monthly rate there was no follow up, and when I spoke to the girl she made me feel like I was a problem, even after explaining my situation, as if she wasn't listening to the concerns. When I moved out, I believe the girl was taking a personal call and was so involved in her call after asking me what I needed, she just handed me an envelope and that was it. No thank you, no nothing. I thought it was odd, but then recently had a package left there and had to go back, and again after explaining my situation, though it is an inconvenience she was acting as if I couldn’t get my package because I didn’t have a box number where my pac

My partner and I moved to Atlanta during covid and literally only had one day in town to select and sign a lease. We stopped by Bell Buckhead West with NO appointment. We visited other apartments prior and didn't have a great experience so we were hesitant. Luckily, Cheryl was there to greet us and agreed to not only show us around but stopped eat her lunch to do so! She showed us multiple apartments with an upbeat attitude and was extremely knowledgeable. We felt great following our visit but wanted to do our due diligence and continue to look around the city. We honestly didn't see anything else that compared so we ultimately decided to lease here. My sister lives here. Lovely apartment in a good location. The visitor's parking...HORRIBLE!! I'm not sure if it's just an influx of visitors coming or what..but it's so annoying. There's never any parking spots available in visitors. I've experienced this issue THREE times!! In order to avoid being booted, I had to park down the street and have my sister pick me up. So, so, so annoying. My sister also says a lot of residents park in visitors which is confusing!

Update 11/20/2022: Unfortunately, we are not renewing our lease. While the staff is kind, they need improvement in escalating serious community hazards, such as enforcing the 'Leash Law' per the governing city of Atlanta. My dog has been attacked twice and nothing more than an 'email reminder' for all residents to bring a leash for dogs, has been provided by management. Both of my dogs attacks were due to other dogs not being on leashes; while mine was on leash, attacked for no plausible reason. Owners of these animals are negligent and face no reprimand for the extensive damage both physically on my dog and myself psychologically. Bell Buckhead West prides themselves in being a "pet friendly community" I did not realize their definition of pet friendly allows for animals to be mauled on t
