Bell Boca Town Center Apartments

We have been living at the Bell for 2 months now and everything has been fantastic. With small Maintance issues the team has been so quick and friendly. Leonardo has been very accommodating and helpful. Isadora is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this property and applaud the staff for being so amazing. Cesar is also very professional and friendly, work orders get responded to so quickly!

We have been living at Belboca Town Center for 5 years, and during all this time I have been very grateful to the management team for always responding quickly and efficiently to any issues in our apartment. The location is excellent — just 10 minutes from the ocean, close to shopping, and with access to highly rated schools. The community is always clean and well-maintained. The pool is kept in perfect condition, and the grounds are beautiful and tidy. The tennis courts are also a big advantage for our family, as my children play tennis. I also appreciate the friendly and welcoming community. There are always useful updates, and events are organized regularly, which makes living here even more enjoyable. I highly recommend these apartments and look forward to many more years of living

The maintenance team is always super helpful and arrive next day for pretty much all service orders you submit! Overall they make the experience at bell boca amazing and very easy to get things repaired!

Cesar was very kind and super helpful! He resolved my issue in no time and told me things to help keep it clear from problems again! Definitely recommend this great service team.
