I’ve had a great experience here! The community is really nice, friendly, and welcoming. The recent renovations look amazing and have truly improved the overall feel of the property. Everything feels fresh, clean, and well-maintained. Also, Yaneli has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. She’s professional, responsive, and always willing to answer any questions. I really appreciate her support. Highly recommend!

I’ve been really impressed with this community! It’s always clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The landscaping and common areas are kept in great shape, which makes it such a pleasant place to live. The staff is friendly and professional, and Janeli is always especially helpful. She’s responsive, kind, and goes above and beyond to make sure any questions or concerns are taken care of quickly. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I really enjoy living here. I have a 2-bedroom townhome with a garage and it's even better than I expected. The rooms are massive, have high-end finishes like crown molding and quartz countertops and a screened balcony where my dog and I love to have breakfast and watch the birds and squirrels. The staff has been excellent and maintenance requests are completed within days. I have a dog and not only is there a bark park with a permanent agility course, there is also a huge pond with walking area that I enjoy visiting especially at dawn and dusk where I have seen deer, great blue herons and ducks. I previously lived here and I can tell you with the upmost honesty to avoid this place. New management has ruined this community. They have made it more difficult to get maintenance, or report anything. They are unhelpful and communicate poorly. They left shattered glass on my front door. The contractors they hired to retile the roof destroyed the mesh in my patio. A maintenance worker entered my home while my partner was asleep without posted notice, which is ILLEGAL. I did not feel safe in my home, and I definitely did not feel respected by the new management company. They forced so many people to have to move by hiking up the rent for cosmetic repairs soley. No interior remodels were made and it is the same apartment but costs more. I wholeheartedly regret moving there, I promise you it
