I recently had the pleasure of touring Bell Apex with Julianna, and I cannot say enough about how exceptional she was. From the moment I arrived, Julianna was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, it was clear from the start that she genuinely enjoys helping people find the right place to call home. Julianna was also impressively knowledgeable about the property. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and confidently, providing detailed information about the community amenities, floor plans, and leasing options. I am planning to move to Apex this spring and I visited the Bell Apex and spoke with Juliana recently. She was very warm and welcoming, as well as knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions. I also saw 3 other apartment complexes during my visit. The Bell Apex and Juliana were by far my favorite choice.

I've happily called Bell Apex home for many years now, and I couldn't recommend the neighborhood more. And this is in no small part thanks to the amazing staff -- Stephanie, Abby, and Ida are always helpful and wonderfully kind. The management team is great with regular communications about community events and special resident activities! The property always looks nice, grounds are well maintained, and the common areas are regularly updated. And while I've very rarely had a maintenance issue, their engineering team here is super responsive, and resolve any item quickly, professionally, and with great care. The neighbors are pretty great too. :)

Bell Apex is a great place to call home. The office staff- Abby, Ida, and Stephanie are fantastic and always go above and beyond to help. When I was looking for apartments almost a year back, the apartment manager, Stephanie, found the best move-in deal for us, and throughout the moving time, she was helping us ( we were moving from outside of NC). She is a very nice person- always willing to help. The maintenance staff (Stephen and Chance) are very knowledgeable and always ready to go above and beyond to help. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. I also like the many community events they organize/ host for kids, families, and elderly people. There is always something exciting going on in the community.

Wonderful neighborhood, plenty of great neighbors. The staff was always very welcoming and ready to assist with any issues or questions I had. Apartment was well kept, most older builds have compiling issues that can't be resolved with out total renovation but these units didn't have any of that. Neighborhood was fairly quiet and located central to anything I needed, also it was awesome being able to walk to stores/parks in apex.
