Bel Aire Apartments

Stopped by to provide service for a tenant unit having electrical issues. Staff was wonderful to work with. They provided detailed information about the history of the unit and any recent updates. Piaget didn't hesitate to get the ball rolling to update some of the concerns I noted from the older electrical system. The staff really has the best interest of the tenants in mind.

I've only have had pleasant encounters with PJ. When I have an issue, she kindly listens and promptly addresses the matter. She's professional in her job. Also very personable. I've been living here for 3 years. PJ is the third manager I've had. Hopefully things go well for her working in your company, and she stays around awhile.

Overall, this is a good apartment, but the lack of amenities and ongoing water issues are disappointing. Hot water is inconsistent and will suddenly turn ice cold, shut off, or be unavailable. This has been a recurring issue. It happens daily and is extremely frustrating.

The apartments are very good and area is good but only thing I don’t like is the maintenance guy talks about other residents to other residents and that’s very unprofessional

Lack of communication from the leasing office when applying. The form they asked to complete to apply didn't include all the information they needed to confirm information for their approval. After going to the office and calling several times to ask about the application, their excuse was that they didn't have a phone number to confirm the previous rent history. Instead of googling or calling back to verify the information, they asked for a document signed by the previously rented apartment. Wasn't that part of their job to verify that information? Or why they didn't request this from the beginning instead of having us wait for more than a week and not giving any response?
