I have never rented with this property management company so I have nothing bad to say. I am fairly new to Rochester and looking to go back to NC if I don't find a descent place fast. But here's what I have been learning fast about tenants in Rochester since I have been here. A lot of tenants want to blame the management companies for poor conditions in the apartments but through experience I have seen the way many live and it's disgusting! Then they complain about rodents, roaches & bed bugs! Do know that living nasty along with throwing garbage everywhere and not keeping your place clean draws these creepy annoying pest. Stay away from Beechwood management. At first they were good, until they stole money, improperly managed my properties. They wanted to charge me full price for wind damage roof. They never went through Insurance. Cheryl Hurly had a contractor knock down my garage instead of fixing roof. After I changed management companies. They kept all the security deposits. Months of rent rolls. Investors stay away I'm hiring a lawyer, and filing a complaint with Greater Rochester association of Realators.

HELLO BEECHWOOD DEVELOPMENT, It seems you gave my phone number out as a contact for apartments, Obviously you gave the wrong number out. I am getting 30-40 calls per month! The people who are calling are being extremely persistent and not rude. Please correct this asap.

Always stayed on top of my apartment. Made sure they had everything fix when I called them about any issue. Love their property

Never had a problem with this rental company and I rented from them 8 years ago. They were great
