Bedico Creek Preserve

Quit being cheap and pay to have someone work the front of the gates, anytime I try to come past 8 o’clock there’s a line backed up if someone’s trying to type the clicker won’t work and half the time people do type it’s still doesn’t even work and just starts beeping super loud for 30 seconds until it restarts. Amazing subdivision great amenities with a wonderful School District. 6-6-2019 Update: Heavy rain today caused flooding in the streets. Ponds overfilled onto roadways and on the walking paths. A few homes in the back had water up the driveways. 5-15-2019 Update: It's almost a year that we have moved into Bedico Creek and there are deffinately goods and bads to living here. The GOOD: The amenities are amazing (2 pools, disc golf course, catch and release fishing through the sub division, jogging/golf cart path, and plenty of wilderness to explore. ) The HOA has multiple events throughout the year for families to enjoy. Love this beautiful neighborhood people here are very friendly we are thinking of moving here so we took our daughter trick or treating at Bedico Creek preserve the result was one of the best Halloween experiences ever!Best wishes to the residents at Bedico creek!

Great place to live as a family your kids can play with a bunch of other kids plus a good hoa and secure neighborhood
