I've rented from this man for 3 years we went to purchase the house he told us he wanted $50,000 while we were trying to purchase the house he he changed it to 175 thousand dollars he then proceeded to tell me that everything on the house would be taken care of as long as I would pay rent so as we were paying rent I asked to have my AC fixed having four kids the AC we went without for 3 months till I had to pay out of pocket he would not take it off my rent I then had to pay out of pocket to fix a rotting door on a mobile home that we were living in. I had to pay out of pocket to have doors fixed and all the plumbing and floors fixed so then when me and my wife went to back out of a deal and just wanted to pay rent he got mad and tried to raise our rent to 1500 dollars I then refuse to pay

The worst person to do business with he’s a liar and a will steal from you do not trust this man or anyone that works with him trust me the second he gets a chance he will find a way to put your family on the street
