Pros: Location is good, Publix and elementary school are near by. Decent lot size, many above 0.20, Choose between study/dinning. All electric. They claim energy efficient. Cons: - Absolutely NO onsite amenities for $60 HOA + $2000 HOA initiation fees. - 2nd floors are only 8 foot tall. - Electric stove only. NO gas option. - Home comes with very basic options. You need to Pay Extra for everything. (Eg: Pull out trash $2,000+, Fireplace $10,000, Walk-in shower $4000+) - Most lots include drainage Easement (you will loose size) - Mech room in second floor but not in attic. Loosing closet space.(vary in some houses) - All rooms appeared small, even the master bedroom. - Poor communication about your in-construction home.
