This company is allowing its construction workers to work everyday, starting at 6am, sometimes even earlier, even on Sat/Sun. This is extremely discourteous to the residents surrounding the complex. They’ve also got a-frame signs that have fallen over just laying on the sidewalk and around nearby dirt lots. At one point their sign was placed right on the wheelchair ramp. Is this place just run by dirtbags? Have you no courtesy to the neighborhood you’re moving into? If they can’t even get the simple things right, I wouldn’t recommend buying a home here.
