Beazer Homes Arista

Went in to buy a home from beazer and had a family and friends options as well. Attempted to negotiate a deal and they just weren’t willing to do anything. Then a month later they reached out to see if I was still interested and I gave them an offer and they came back with a either or deal and the interesting part of this is they have a special rate and closing on this particular house listed online and at property but the deal they countered with took that incentive away. Which is illegal because when advertised regardless of negotiated price the incentive has to be honored. If this is how they do business to someone that was referred and has a friend who works for them I am even more worried how they treat a normal person. Bad business and bad experience.

don’t try to use the qr code to do a self guided tour. They will just take all of your information so they can sell it and then say the house isn’t available to walk through.

Finish quality is hit and miss, kitchen pretty nice but the 3 piece plastic shower surround is terrible.

Great home builders. They go above and beyond making a home energy efficient!!
