Beaver Creek Apartments

I’ve really enjoyed living here with my family the last two years. The location can’t be beat with grocery, the max and delicious restaurants all within walking distance. The managers and maintenance staff genuinely care about the tenants and are extremely professional. The complex is very well maintained inside and out. The gym is handy and the indoor pool is divine. Life is taking me to different places but I will always cherish the memories made at Beavercreek.

These apartments have been hear for a long time and they have remodeled the units. I’ve been renting for 5 months now and it’s been pretty quiet at night . They keep up on the landscaping and keep it clean and the recreation area is awesome. The manager Mrs Rodrigues is easy to get along with and she’s on top of what goes on at the apartments. Having a manager that’s easy to get along with is important if you ask me . Best part of living there is you got all stores in walking distance and max station right next to us , that’s a plus if you have no car. Loving it .

Lived in this complex for 3+ years and had a great experience. The location was perfect for me with the max station being walking distance. Joey and the team do a great job managing the property and have made nice updates such as painting the buildings, upgrading the gym equipment, and installing codes to the building doors for safety. Shawn and the maintenance crew are very responsive and super caring. I never had any issues living here. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Beaver Creek Apartments.

Salt water year round indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi plus a sauna, game room and gym. Nice play area for young kids.

My wife and I have lived here for almost two years and had to end our stay due to a sudden need to move. We would have LOVED to stay if we had the chance because we loved so much about this complex. The apartment manager Joey took great care of us and was always extremely prompt with maintenance requests or any other things that arose. The proximity to the MAX station made it super easy for me to get to work in Portland and it is so close to so many restaurants on Cedar Hills and food carts! I would definitely recommend living here if you want to live in a great location for a reasonable rent.
