If I could give zero starts I would. Save your money and go somewhere else. When we first got the apartment we had a pay a holding fee/or first months rent before even being able to see the apartment. I mean by the time I got the keys I was stuck I just forked out thousands of dollars. HOLY ROACHES TOO. The pest control tech that comes doesn't do a good job barely sprays and spends maybe max 5 mins inside the apartment. I also told the tech hey if I have roaches I know the people all around me do since we all share walls. Well I can't spray unless they call. Well guess what? The roaches are just going to come back so pest control is absolutely pointless. No matter how much you clean everything feels dirty. The air conditioning unit area is extremely dirty, full of dust and humidity buildup, and produces a strong, unpleasant odor that smells like mold. This has made the air inside the apartment feel damp and unhealthy. It’s clear that maintenance and cleaning are being neglected, and the property management should take better care of these issues before renting out units. For the price they charge, the apartments should be properly cleaned, inspected, and safe to live in, not left in this condition.

I like this place - convenient location, quiet, nice neighbors, excellent service. I don't have pets, but people walk their dogs peacefully. Everything is very clean around, they clean regularly, mow the lawns, remove old leaves, repair the gutters, wash the houses from the outside. In the warm season, children play in the pool, play near their houses. The administration organizes holidays from time to time, treats for children and adults. If necessary, the administration solves any problems very quickly and efficiently, the managers and workers are very friendly. I am quite satisfied with living here.
