Beau Chene Lake Charles

My boyfriend and I moved in last year for our first apartment and absolutely love it here! It is very reasonably priced, close to everything you need in town, and have great amenities (pool, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, & fridge included, trash pickup by your door, and more!) Any time we’ve needed the front office, they’ve answered our questions in a timely manner, been very sweet, respectful, and helpful for our requests and questions as young renters. I definitely recommend for singles, couples, and families!!

Jenna was so lovely getting us into our new apartment! We moved in at beginning of fall, so we haven’t been able to experience the pool but the rest of the amenities have been great!! Can’t recommend Beau Chene and Jenna more!

Just moved in. Easy move in process, the leasing agent Jenna was extremely helpful and professional. Love the apartment very nice, so far have no complaints definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for an apartment!

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. The space is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. Management is responsive and friendly — any maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with everything I need close by. Parking has never been an issue, and my neighbors are respectful. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free place to live.

The apartments themselves are SO nice for such a good price! The front desk staff are always so incredibly kind. When we came for our initial tour, we had to come back a second time without an appointment and they were so sweet and willing to show us around again with no hesitation. Even the maintenence guy is so sweet! The fitness center is always clean and neat; same with the pool. Overall, such an amazing, clean, & friendly environment. Definitely one of the best places to live in Lake Charles!
