Bear Arbor

We moved into these beautiful apartments a year ago and it has been a blessing to our family. Gail has been amazing to us since day one! She's always so friendly and helpful. Eric goes out of his way to get our maintenance requests done. We also have the very best views of God's beautiful creation. My neighbors are so kind and respectful. Overall, I really love being here!

Very nice place to live! Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of, office staff (Gail and Taylor) are always very helpful and friendly, and the bird/animal life on the ponds is a refreshing bonus that’s fun for the kids and the adults alike.

nice place. quiet, good for kuds and the ponds are great. good maintenance and grounds are kept well. Gail and Taylor are always on top of any issues ive had here.

I have lived here going on 3 years and love it . Common hallway and laundry room are cleaned weekly . It's a nice and quite place to live . You don't have worry about who lives next door everyone is nice and friendly . Price is good ,you get what you pay for .So if you want a cheaper rent than you get a crappier apartment with a crappier place to live .
