Barb Bakshis, Lynn Taylor, Mallory Elsbury and Jean Scherrer have all gone out of their way to help me with questions with my personal and business banking. All of the bank staff makes me feel welcome whenever I come to the bank. Also a shout out to Lori Jacobson at the Lake Geneva bank.

Tellers are efficient and helpful. Jean Scherrer has gone out of way to help me with setting up accounts and with helping me with on line banking, all with a smile on her face. She has also called if there any possible problems with my account. I have also found Lyn Taylor to be an asset in the bank who is also friendly, helpful and competent. I can’t say enough good things about these 2 women and this bank.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences when I have come to Greenwoods Bank. They went above and beyond when my mom passed and I had to take care of business afterward. I live in a larger city and have never experienced the personal, caring customer service like I received here.

This bank or the individual that we worked with (Kylie) wasted our time on a new home loan for us. She is completely incompetent and should be avoided. After 7 weeks of saying no problem you are good to go turns out she had no idea what she is talking about. She requested us to pay stuff off so we did… good to go again right? Yes you can go ahead and start getting stuff for the new build. So we bought some fixtures and stuff we knew we needed. With the market conditions we locked in a fair price at lumber company. She said go ahead and order you are good to go. So I place the 140k order and lock my price in. Turns out she has no idea what she is doing and request the materials purchased on credit cards for the new build be paid before closing. She said we could do this. I recommend avoidin
