The team was great to work with and the entire building process was incredibly easy - until the final walk through. Quite possibly that worst paint/drywall finishing I’ve ever seen. Even our washer delivery guy noticed how bad the paint job was. Tons of dents in the walls that we called out that didn’t get fixed. All of our cabinet handles are crooked. Just so many small things that you can tell were rushed at the end.

Outstanding! Great team to work with for building your home! From the design center helping and giving us ideas for our selections, the Sales office ( Courtney and Jen) with their professionalism and always keeping communication up to date with photos to share, to the Project Manager, Cory- who made the construction process not stressful and pleasant and to the Senior Contract and Settlement Coordinator, Leah who assisted with documents and communication with the settlement and beyond. Nice property. Hoa covers alot of the outside maintenance. Staff was very friendly when we came to view the property. Build quality looks nice. Unfortunately they only had one model home. No models of the size home we were interested in. Hence the reduction of stars. Will have to travel to a different area to see model.
