Beacon Street is building a house next door to our home. Beacon Street's subcontractor placed a big rut in our side yard. When I contacted Beacon Street (Scott) to better understand their plan and time frame for fixing the rut, Scott was extremely rude and unprofessional. "We will get to it when we get to it." I get that things sometimes happen with construction, but this builder was just arrogant and completely dismissive my questions and concerns. Not cool, Scott, not cool.

They were very patient with us in trying to sell our old home and worked with us to get us into one of their wonderful new homes. After our first year, we were so impressed with not only the efficiency, but the kindness of our landlords that we had no questions about signing on again. Everything was taken care of from day 1. Maintenance is always addressed in a timely manner and anytime you call, whoever is on the other line is happy to help however they can! Beacon Street built a custom home for my clients who could not find an existing home to suit their needs. They were fabulous to work with.
