Beacon Station

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You sign a lease for a year , management arbitrarily add on fees as high $400.00 with no explanation and incomplete statement each month. The place is dirty, infested with insects and roaches. Hallways are not clean. Management states that the hallways are considered the outside. The utilities go on and off without notice. Neighborhood underage children play in the pool late at night (endangering the welfare of very young children). Dog poop is everywhere. Dogs are bath in the pool. Car break ends. Gates and doors not lock/secured. There are many more harmful violations that need to be abated. The place is not safe. When your lease ends and you are moving out they continued to charge by the month with as much as a 50% increase. With the excuse you didn't give a 60 day

It’s not horrible to live here. I go to Augusta University so being able to walk to school is very nice but they do very irritating things. For one they disabled the pay through e- check payment method now you have to pay with your debit card and it charges you a fee on top of the rent, you’re already paying, second the gates are always broken, third the pool is always closed often times if they fix the gate something else is gonna break around there for example you won’t be able to get into the lobby where the gym is because those doors won’t work. A lot of the amenities you pay for at this apartment complex will not be available sometimes like the pool and the gym. Lived there for 4 years. Train is super loud, front office is rude and unhelpful. There’s dog poop everywhere. Maintenance request are slow and had multiple times I had to call to get anything done. After moving out sent me to collections without trying to contact me after paying on time for 4 years.
