Beacon Hill Apartments

This property is an absolute nightmare, especially during the winter. The management completely fails to clean the snow and ice from the sidewalk in front of the main entrance doors, creating a serious safety hazard. I personally slipped and fell on the ice right by the entrance of our building and nearly broke my hand. I’m lucky nothing worse happened. If I had been injured, this property would have been responsible. Nobody cares. Complaints are ignored, and there is zero accountability from management. Add to that the constant noise and parties that are never addressed, and it’s clear residents’ safety and well-being mean nothing here. This is by far the worst property I have ever lived in.

My mother has lived in the apartment complex for Over 10 years . Mind you once when I was younger NEVER had a complaint . She was living with my uncle at the time . Now she has her own apartment. Mind you NO ONE visits her because she doesn’t want people making noise so she won’t get evicted . Now new “neighbors” moved in in the lower part of the apartment where she lived and puts in a complaint every single day . Now they told her “they won’t renew her lease” and she is month to month . Which means she will have to pay more monthly . Mind you she works 2 JOBS not one but two . Leaves home from around 8am and doesn’t get home until 10:30pm every night . She comes over to my brothers house on weekends so she is NOT HOME AT ALL. She is literally paying rent to have her stuff in and have a p

This apartment is terrible. The neighbors are very rude and extremely noisy. They always leave the hallways dirty, and their children are constantly making loud noises. At night, they often have parties that last until very late. The management is very weak and never takes any action. On top of that, the building is infested with mice. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I give a 2 why ? And this is why beacon gill Apts haven't had the chance to go to target and have one of they're employees to bring back the pushing carts to me that is very unpleasant. To go to the fitness center and see a pushing cart roll away with the wind ,it's not targets fault its the consumer cust like really why do customers do this behavior id be a shamed of having 50 pushing carts next to my business the way it looks now .if management could relate a memo then it would eliminate that issue

Mold, Rats, Bugs, and drug infested... Addicts that don't live there just walk around freely like they do causing all types of problems, what's the purpose of security... Like really just 1 security guard for the whole complex is diabolical Health department needs to be contacted ASAP Legal action needs to be taken against the program called SHELTER HOUSE for just placing ppl in these conditions
