Beachwood Homes in Kirkland

We've been living at Beachwood Homes in Kirkland for the past couple of years, and I honestly can't say enough good things about it. From day one, it has felt more like a community than just an apartment complex. The management team is incredible—always friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live. You can tell they really care about the residents and want everyone to feel at home here. And I have to give a special shoutout to our maintenance worker—he’s an absolute gem! He’s always so cheerful and goes out of his way to help. Whether it's a quick fix or something a little more involved, he handles everything with such a positive attitude. My girlfriend and I moved into beach wood homes in early October of this year and are loving it so far. Great location in regards to the beach, park and downtown Juanita. In addition the property management team has been incredibly responsive and helpful with our move in process and has made getting any maintenance done a breeze. The apartment itself has a very modern feel to it, is very spacious, and comes with new appliances that are a huge upgrade from my last place. We love the remote controlled fireplace for these longer winter nights. It’s a private and cozy place that we are enjoying turning into a home on our next chapter together. Friendly neighbors and the multiple parking spots certainly don’t hurt as well ;). All in all a great place to call ours.

The apartments at Beachwood are modern and beautiful. They were recently updated with all new appliances and lovely finishes. The things I like best are the spacious rooms, the hardwood floors, the electric fireplace in the living room, the large walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and the large soaking tub in the master bath. Its location very close to Juanita Beach has been wonderful for walks near the lake and kayaking. I highly recommend Beachwood!"

The comfort provided from attentive owners, their being prompt in response to requests and suggestions, and knowing of such firm support has contributed to my residency satisfaction. ​In addition, the local area provides the best walking area east of Seattle, lake front, tennis courts, picnic areas and the parks are expertly maintained. It's the "berries."

My apartment was spacious, modern and had new appliances. The location is great, it’s very close to parks, the beach and stores. Management was very helpful and responsive: it’s a good place for a family.
